摘要
在大数据背景下,高校科研任务要求的提高,使得科研信息化平台的建设愈发重要。文章基于共享视角,分析了高校科研信息化平台建设的现状,剖析了信息化平台建设的问题,针对性地提出了改善科研人员理念、培养复合型人才,完善校内协调机制、建校际联动机制,挖掘信息系统功能、建立信息网络共享数据库和加强信息系统维护等具体的对策和建议。
In the context of big data,the improvement of the requirements of scientific research tasks in colleges and universities makes the construction of scientific research information platform more and more important.Based on the perspective of sharing,this paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of scientific research information platform in colleges and universities,analyzes the problems in the construction of information platform,and puts forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the concept of scientific research personnel and training compound talents.Some concrete countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,such as perfecting the coordination mechanism within the school,building the inter-school linkage mechanism,mining the functions of the information system,establishing the information network sharing database and strengthening the maintenance of the information system.
