摘要
中小学法治教育是针对中小学在校学生所设计的教育课程与活动,旨在通过教育途径,将法治系统性知识体系与价值原则传授给中小学生,以使其能够理解现代法治社会,实现理性的自由与人性的解放。法治教育是工具理性与价值理性的逻辑联合体,对于中小学生涵养法治品格、形塑法治思维、张扬话语权力具有重大的价值效用。中小学法治教育的生命源于法治中国的实践需要,而法治中国理想的有效达成,则必须建构与中国现实社会环境相适应的中小学法治教育教学实现策略体系。因此,需要构建适教利学的课程教学方案、营造多元认同的法治文化氛围、创设综合配套的社会协同机制,以促进中小学法治教育由理论追寻到动态实践的切实转变。
The law-related education in primary and secondary schools is an educational course and activity designed for primary and secondary school students.It aims to impart the systematic knowledge system and value principles of the rule of law to primary and secondary school students through educational channels,so that they can understand the modern society with rule of law and realize rational freedom and the liberation of human nature.The law-related education is a logical combination of instrumental rationality and value rationality,which has great value for primary and secondary school students to cultivate the character of the rule of law,shape the thinking of the rule of law,and publicize the discourse power.The life of law-related education in primary and secondary schools stems from the practical needs of rule of law in China,and the effective realization of the ideal of rule of law in China requires the construction of a strategy system for the realization of law-related education in primary and secondary schools,which is compatible with China’s realistic social environment.Therefore,it is necessary to build a curriculum and teaching program that is suitable for teaching and learning,to create a culture of pluralistic recognition of the rule of law,and to create a comprehensive and supportive social coordination mechanism,so as to facilitate the practical transformation of primary and secondary school education on the rule of law from theoretical pursuit to dynamic practice。
