摘要
人工智能技术在高等教育领域的广泛应用为大学教师角色定位提供了契机。技术整合理论为大学教师审视教育教学过程中的技术应用提供了视角,大学教师通过建构经典的技术整合模型——TPACK模型完成“模型要素角色定位角色实现”过程,帮助自身实现技术掌握到艺术生成的升华,成长为智慧型教师。大学教师可围绕TPACK模型的三个核心要素进行动态实践,以信息数据应用的探索者、学生健康成长的引导者、及时反馈的合作者、智能教育建设的服务者、技术双重属性的反思者等为角色进行定位,并以提升先行探索意识、强化过程引导能力、提高互动合作水平、提供高效服务和坚持深度职业反思为路径实现技术与教学的深度融合。
The wide application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of higher education provides an opportunity for the role orientation of university teachers.The technology integration theory provides a perspective for university teachers to survey the technology application in the process of education and teaching.University teachers complete the process of"model element,role positioning and role realization"by constructing the classic technology integration model TPACK model,so as to help themselves master technology,sublimate art generation and grow into intelligent teachers.University teachers can carry out dynamic practice around the three core elements of TPACK model,and creatively position their roles as explorers of information and data application,guides of students′healthy growth,cooperators of timely feedback,service providers of intelligent education construction,and reflectors of dual attributes of technology.Therefore,university teachers should enhance the awareness of first exploration,strengthen the ability of process guidance,improve the level of interaction and cooperation,pay attention to the provision of efficient services and adhere to the depth of professional reflection,so as to realize the deep integration of technology and teaching.
