摘要
为了使316L不锈钢焊管满足双金属机械复合管内衬管的要求,采用晶间腐蚀试验,对内衬焊管母材以及无填充金属或添加不同焊丝的焊缝在交货态及应变时效态的抗晶间腐蚀能力进行了研究。结果表明,焊管母材和无填充金属的焊缝在交货态和应变时效处理态,其抗晶间腐蚀的能力满足ASTM A262 E法标准要求;添加ER316L、ER317L焊丝的焊缝只能在交货态满足要求,在应变时效态无法满足要求;而添加ER385和ERNiCrMo-3焊丝的焊缝在交货态和应变时效态都无法通过检测;焊缝金相分析中,发现不同试样的铁素体分布存在明显差异。另外,结合Lippold凝固模式和Suutala焊缝开裂敏感性预测模型,解释了不同焊缝开裂敏感性的差异。
In order to make 316L stainless steel welded pipe meet the requirements of mechanically bimetallic composite pipe liner the intergranular corrosion resistance of welded pipe base metal and weld without filler metal or with different welding wires in annealing state and strain aging state were studied by intergranular corrosion test.The results show that the resistance to intergranular corrosion of welded pipe base metal and weld without welding wire can meet the requirements of ASTM A262 E method in annealing state and strain aging state.The weld with ER316L and ER317L can only meet the requirements in the annealing state,but can not meet the requirements in the strain aging state.However,the weld with ER385 and ERNiCrMo-3 welding wires can not pass the test in the annealing state and strain aging state.In the metallographic analysis of the weld,it is found that the ferrite distribution of different samples is obviously different.In addition,the difference of cracking sensitivity of different welds was explained by combining Lippold solidification model and Suutala weld cracking sensitivity prediction model.
