摘要
针对JCOE直缝埋弧焊钢管预焊后“噘嘴”数据人工测量方式存在的问题,采用激光轮廓测量技术,设计了一种非接触式的预焊后“噘嘴”实时测量系统。经数据对比,该系统测量数据和人工测量数据基本一致,能够满足预焊后“噘嘴”工艺测量要求,具有较高的测量精度。经实践证明,该系统能够同步测量预焊后的“噘嘴”值,精度高且数据处理能力强,满足预焊后“噘嘴”数据的实时测量要求,提高了生产线的生产效率。
Aiming at the shortcomings of manual measurement of angular distortion data after pre-welding of JCOE SAWL pipe,a non-contact real-time measurement system of angular distortion after pre-welding was designed by using laser profile measurement technology.Through the data comparison,the measurement data of the system is basically consistent with the manual measurement data,which can meet the measurement requirements of angular distortion after pre-welding,and has high measurement accuracy.The practice shows that the system can measure the angular distortion value after pre-welding synchronously with high precision and strong data processing ability,which can meet the real-time measurement requirements of angular distortion after pre-welding and improve the production efficiency of the production line.
