摘要
目的探讨账册信息系统用于医院麻醉药品和精神药品(简称麻精药品)的管理效果。方法设计符合实际使用需求的信息模板,编写程序,将模板嵌入医院信息系统,实现麻精药品账册的信息化管理,并对比实施前后麻精药品的管理效果。结果信息化管理实施后,专册登记及时性、规范性与账册信息一致性的达标率分别由管理前的71%,74%,75%升至97%,97%,100%(P<0.05);专账登记及时性、规范性与日结登记规范性的达标率分别由82%,78%,88%升至99%,99%,100%(P<0.05);专册和专账登记平均每天花费的时间分别由(12.00±2.40)min和(6.00±1.80)min降至(1.00±0.30)min和(1.00±0.10)min(P<0.05);查询药品使用情况所需时间由(20.00±3.00)min降至(0.30±0.05)min(P<0.05)。结论账册信息系统可提高医院麻精药品的规范化管理水平。
Objective To investigate the information system of the account book in the management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in a hospital.Methods The information template complied with the specified requirements was designed,the program was written,and the template was embedded into the hospital information system to realize the information management of the account book of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances,and the management effect of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances before and after the implementation was compared.Results After the implementation of the information management,the compliance rates of timeliness,standardization and information consistency of the registration of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in the special account book increased from 71%,74%and 75%to 97%,97%and 100%,respectively(P<0.05).The compliance rates of timeliness,standardization of the registration of special account and standardization of the registration of daily settlement increased from 82%,78%and 88%to 99%,99%and 100%,respectively(P<0.05).The average daily time spent on the registration of special account book and special account decreased from(12.00±2.40)min and(6.00±1.80)min to(1.00±0.30)min and(1.00±0.10)min,respectively(P<0.05).The time needed to inquire about drug use decreased from(20.00±3.00)min to(0.30±0.05)min(P<0.05).Conclusion The information system of account book can improve the standardized management of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
