摘要
目的分析在糖尿病视网膜病变患者临床护理中开展多样式护理的临床护理效果。方法分析对象选择在2019年6月—2020年6月在该院就诊的220例糖尿病视网膜病变,以临床护理方法差异性分组,每组110例,多样式护理纳入观察组;传统临床护理纳入对照组,对比和分析多样化式护理、传统临床护理所达到的护理效果SAS评分、SDS评分2项心理状态评分、护理前后空腹、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白3项血糖指标、护理后精神健康、情感职能、社会功能、躯体职能、生理功能各项生活质量评分;护理总满意度。结果因临床护理方法有所确保,临床护理效果也有所差异:与传统临床护理相比较,多样式护理的实施患者心理状态评分均得以降低显著,血糖该项指标均得以降低显著,生活质量各项评分均得以提升显著,护理总满意度得以提升显著,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在糖尿病视网膜病变患者临床护理中开展多样式护理可达到理想的护理目标,建议推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect of multi-style nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 220 cases of diabetic retinopathy treated in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected for the analysis.The patients were divided into different groups according to clinical nursing methods,110 cases in each group,and various types of nursing were included in the observation group,traditional clinical care were included in the control group.Comparison and analysis of diversified type of nursing,the traditional clinical nursing effect of nursing SAS scores and SDS score two psychological state score,nursing before and after fasting,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin after three glycemic index,nursing of mental health,emotional function,social function,physical function,physiological functions,the quality of life score;Total satisfaction with nursing.Results Because the clinical nursing method is ensured,the clinical nursing effect is also different:Compared with traditional clinical nursing,the mental state scores of patients with the implementation of various types of nursing can be significantly reduced,the blood glucose index can be significantly reduced,the average scores of quality of life can be significantly improved,and the total satisfaction of nursing can be significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-style nursing in the clinical nursing of patients with diabetic retinopathy can achieve the ideal nursing goal,and it is recommended to promote it.
