摘要
目的:研究1,6-二磷酸果糖三钠盐缓解小鼠体力疲劳的功效。方法:以1,6-二磷酸果糖三钠盐为受试物,分83,167,500 mg/kg·bw/d三个剂量经口给予小鼠一个月,测小鼠的负重游泳时间、血浆尿素水平、肝糖原储备量及血乳酸值。结果:500 mg/kg·bw/d组小鼠负重游泳时间长于0 mg/kg·bw/d组;500 mg/kg·bw/d组小鼠血浆尿素水平低于0 mg/kg·bw/d组;167,500 mg/kg·bw/d组小鼠肝糖原储备量高于0 mg/kg·bw/d组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:1,6-二磷酸果糖三钠盐具有抗疲劳的功效。
Objective:To study the effect of D-fructose 1,6-bisphosphate trisodium salt on alleviating physical fatigue in mice.Methods:Using D-fructose 1,6-bisphosphate trisodium salt as the test substance,three doses of 83,167,500 mg/kg·bw/d were administered orally to mice for one month,then measure the loaded-swimming time,plasma urea level,hepatic glycogen reserve and serum lactate acid value of mice.Results:The loaded-swimming time of the mice in the 500 mg/kg·bw/d group were longer than those in the 0 mg/kg·bw/d group;the plasma urea level of the mice in the 500 mg/kg·bw/d group were lower than those in the 0 mg/kg·bw/d group;the hepatic glycogen reserve of the mice in the 167,500 mg/kg·bw/d groups were higher than those in the 0 mg/kg·bw/d group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:D-fructose 1,6-bisphosphate trisodium salt has the effect of alleviating physical fatigue.
