甲醇老化处理对甜瓜种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为研究甲醇老化处理对甜瓜种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响,用50%甲醇溶液对甜瓜种子进行5、15、25、35、45 min浸泡,进行人工老化处理,测量幼苗干鲜质量、最大根长、根体积等指标,计算种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、种子浸出液相对电导率等指标,对种子浸出液的相对电导率与甲醇浸泡时间进行线性回归分析。结果表明,幼苗各形态指标随甲醇处理时间延长,呈现逐渐下降趋势,与浸泡时间呈负相关。与对照相比,不同时间甲醇浸泡处理种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数分别降低2.11%~22.11%、4.35%~17.39%、4.76~38.10%、1.29%~50.43%,与浸泡时间呈负相关。种子浸出液相对电导率随老化时间延长呈现出逐渐升高趋势,与浸泡时间呈正相关,50%甲醇浸泡种子人工老化时间选择35 min为宜。 In order to study the effect of seed treatment with methanol on the seed germination and seedling growth in melon,melon seeds were treated with 50 alcohol solution for 5,15,25,35 and 45 minutes,the plant dry weight,fresh weight,root dry weight,fresh weight,and maximum root length were measured,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vitality index,relative conductivity and other indexes were calculated,the relative conductivity of seed leaching solution and methanol soaking time were analyzed by linearly regression.The results showed that with the extension of methanol treatment time for seeds,all of the seedling morphological indexes showed a decreasing trend,which were found negative correlations with the soaking time.Each index treatment group was lower than that of CK group(2.11%-22.11%,4.35%-17.39%,4.76%-38.10%,1.29%-50.43%).The relative conductivity of the seed leaching solution showed a gradually increasing trend with the aging time,it was positively correlated with the soaking time.In conclusion,35 min is the appropriate aging time with 50%methanol.
