摘要
由于在乌克兰和叙利亚战场上的出色表现,让沉寂许久的俄罗斯军队重返人们视野。分析俄军近些年取得的胜绩时,电子战成为必不可少的一环,成为其“不对称作战”能力的重要组成部分。经过近三十年的发展,俄军已具备强大的电子战能力和潜力。因此,从战术分析、装备发展和兵力规划入手,动态分析俄军电子战能力和发展趋势,然后对比我军实际,提出几点发展启示。
The outstanding performance on the battlefields of Ukraine and Syria brought the quiet Russian army back to people′s sight.In analyzing the success of the Russian army in recent years,electronic warfare has become an indispensable link and an important part of its"asymmetric combat capability."After nearly three decades of development,the Russian army has possessed powerful electronic warfare capabilities and potential.Starting with tactical analysis,troop planning,and equipment,the article analyzes the Russian military's electronic warfare capabilities and development trends,and accordingly proposes several enlightenments for development concerning the situation of our army.
