摘要
目的调查护理人员对护理绩效分配体制改革的态度,为医院护理绩效分配体制改革提供依据。方法采取方便抽样法,于2018年12月1—31日采用自行设计的调查表,在某三级甲等综合性医院实施护理绩效分配体质改革后,对不同年龄层次的276名护理人员进行调查,了解护理人员对绩效改革认知态度的状况。结果该院276名护理人员对护理绩效分配体制改革的总体满意度较高;不同年龄层次护理人员的满意度仅在提升护士的自我价值方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论护理人员对建立科学的多劳多得、优劳优酬的护理绩效分配体系满意度较高,有利于调动其工作积极性。
Objective To investigate the attitude of nurses towards the reform of nursing performance distribution system,and to provide basis for the reform of hospital nursing performance distribution system.Methods From December 1 to 31,2018,276 nursing staff of different age levels were investigated by using the convenient sampling method and self-designed questionnaire after the implementation of the health reform of nursing performance distribution in a third grade a comprehensive hospital to understand the attitude of nursing staff to the performance reform.Results The overall satisfaction of 276 nursing staff to the reform of nursing performance distribution system was higher;the satisfaction of nursing staff of different age groups had statistical difference only in improving nurses’self-worth(P<0.05),and the rest had no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff are satisfied with the establishment of scientific nursing performance distribution system,which is conducive to mobilize their work enthusiasm.
