摘要
眩晕是临床上常见的以头晕、眼花为主症的一类病症。随着人口老龄化的日益进展及社会生活环境的变化,加之人们不良生活习惯的影响,眩晕发病率也呈上升趋势,反复眩晕发作严重影响患者的生活质量,而西医药物治疗眩晕复发率较高,且具有一定的副作用,成为临床治疗的难点。临床上使用针灸治疗眩晕疗效显著,且不良作用少,具有明显的优势。脐针疗法在中医基础理论、易学理论的指导下,利用八卦、五行生克制化与人体脏腑之间的对应关系在脐部的神阙穴进行施针,来达到平衡阴阳、祛除疾病的目的,对眩晕有较好疗效。本文采用脐针疗法治疗肾虚型眩晕1例,阐述了脐针治疗眩晕的临床思路,其较传统针刺法取穴少、一穴多针,无需追求得气反应,且起效迅速、操作简单、安全性良好,为临床治疗眩晕病提供了一种新思路。
Vertigo is a common clinical illness with dizziness and blurred vision as the main symptoms.With the increasing progress of population aging and changes in social living environment,coupled with the influence of people's bad living habits,the incidence of vertigo is also on the rise.The repeated vertigo attacks heavily affect the quality of life of patients.Western medicine has certain side effects for vertigo,and the recurrence rate of vertigo treated with western medicine is high,which becomes a difficult point of clinical treatment.In clinical practice,acupuncture is significantly effective in the treatment of vertigo,which has few adverse effects and obvious advantages.Under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of Yi,umbilical acupuncture therapy uses the correspondence between the Eight Trigrams,the generation,restriction,over-restriction and counter-restriction of Five Elements and the correspondent relationship between zangorgans and fu-organs to perform acupuncture at the Shenque acupoint(CV 8)located in the umbilicus,so as to achieve the purpose of balancing Yin and Yang and eliminating disease,which has good efficacy for vertigo.Based on the treatment experience of umbilical acupuncture for one case of vertigo with kidney-deficiency syndrome,this paper elaborates the clinical ideas of umbilical acupuncture in treating vertigo,which takes fewer acupuncture acupoints than traditional acupuncture method,and realizes one acupoint with multiple needles.In addition,there is no need to pursue the Deqi(obtaining qi)reaction,with rapid effect,simple operation and good safety,which provides a new idea for clinical treatment of vertigo.
