摘要 以某公司3号机组低压缸切缸改造为例,通过切低压缸改造增大机组供热抽汽量,从而提高了机组供热能力,增加了机组调节灵活性。新型汽轮机凝抽背供热技术是机组在采暖期切除低压缸进汽,使低压缸空转运行,有效扩大了机组的供热能力。该项目对各单位供热机组技术改造具有一定的可推广性。 Taking the modification of low-pressure cylinder being zero output for Unit 3 of a power company as an example,its low-pressure cylinder is upgraded,to which the steam flow is cut off,so as to increase steam extraction,thereby enhancing the unit’s regulating flexibility.A new condensing and back steam extraction heating technology for turbine is developed,which is to cut off the steam input of low-pressure cylinder during heating periods,making it operate with zero load,and effectively expanding the heat supply capacity of unit.The project features a certain promotion value for the technical transformation of heating units of power companies.
