摘要
为研究砖混再生细骨料基本性能及其对砂浆工作性能、力学性能和应用性能的影响,制备砖混再生细骨料掺量不同的再生砂浆,进行砂浆流动性、力学强度、保水性以及稠度试验,并结合试验结果进行了工程应用。研究结果表明,砖混再生细骨料的密度低于标准砂、而空隙率、压碎指标、坚固性指标和需水量比均大于标准砂。砖混再生细骨料的掺入降低了砂浆流动性和抗压抗折强度,相比标准砂浆,当掺量为100%时,采用不同工地取样的砖混再生细骨料B和C制备的再生砂浆抗压强度分别降低22.1%和35.0%,抗折强度分别降低29.0%和15.2%,再生砂浆的强度并不随掺量的增加而一直降低。保持砂浆稠度基本不变,随砖混再生细骨料掺量增加,砂浆需水量增加,保水性增大,但强度并未降低。工程实践表明:砖混再生细骨料制备的水泥粉煤灰内墙抹灰砂浆可以满足相关规范中抹灰砂浆的技术要求。
In order to study the basic properties of brick-concrete recycled fine aggregate and the influence on the working,mechanical and application properties of brick-concrete recycled fine aggregate mortar,specimens were prepared with different contents of recycled fine aggregate.The fluidity,mechanical strength,water retention and consistency of mortar were tested,and the engineering applications were carried out in combination with the test results.Results show that compared with standard sand,brick-concrete recycled fine aggregate has lower density,larger voids,crushing index,ruggedness index and water absorption ratio.The mixing of brick-concrete recycled fine aggregate reduces the fluidity and compressive strength of mortar.Compared with the standard mortar,when the content is 100%,the compressive strength of recycled fine aggregate mortar using groups B and C sampled from different sites is reduced by 22.1%and 35.0%respectively,and the flexural strength is reduced by 29.0% and 15.2%respectively.The strength of recycled mortar does not always decrease with increasingcontentof the recycled fine aggregate.With the consistency of mortar basically unchanged,the water demand and the water retention increase with increasing amount of brick-concrete recycled fine aggregate,but the strength does not decrease.Engineering application shows that cement fly ash plaster mortar for interior wall prepared by Brickconcrete recycled fine aggregate satisfies the technical requirements of plaster mortar in relevant specifications.
