摘要
家庭秘密是心理治疗中的一个难题。国外相关研究始于20世纪50年代,国内未见直接相关文献。本文对家庭秘密在心理治疗尤其家庭治疗实务中的研究进展做一梳理,包括家庭秘密的概念和分类、临床识别和伦理、工作策略和研究方法等,为国内开展家庭秘密研究提供参考,并提出跨文化本土研究的必要性。
Family secrets have become a difficult issue in psychotherapy. Foreign studies began in the 1950 s, but there is no directly related literature in China. This paper reviews the research progress of family secrets in psychotherapy, especially in family therapy practice, including the concept and classification, clinical identification and ethics, working strategies and research methods, so as to provide a reference for domestic research on family secrets, and put forward the necessity of cross-cultural indigenous researches.
