摘要
研究了6063铝合金挤压型材在210~250℃下分别时效15~90min时的快速时效工艺。结果表明:提高时效温度可显著加快6063铝合金挤压型材的时效进程,有利于缩短时效的时间和提高生产效率,但同时也会降低挤压型材的峰值强度。6063铝合金挤压型材较为理想的快速时效工艺为:时效温度210~220℃,时效时间45~90min,此时挤压型材具有较高的力学性能,且力学性能较为稳定,其抗拉强度为226.2~235.5MPa,屈服强度为202.8~215.1MPa,断后伸长率为9.4%~9.8%。
6063 aluminum alloy extruded profiles were aged at 210~250℃ for 15~90 min, respectively. The rapid aging process of6063 aluminum alloy extruded profile was researched. The results show that increasing the aging temperature of 6063 aluminum alloy extruded profile can significantly speed up the aging process, in which the aging time of 6063 aluminum alloy extruded profile can be shorten and the production efficiency can be improved. The ideal rapid aging process of 6063 aluminum alloy extruded profile is as follows: the aging temperature is 210~220℃ and the aging time is 45~90 min. Under this conditions, the 6063 aluminum alloy extruded profile has a higher and stable mechanical properties, the tensile strength is 226.2~235.5 MPa, the yield strength is 202.8~215.1 MPa and the elongation is 9.4%~9.8%.
