摘要
网络空间意识形态话语表达与建构事关网络空间意识形态安全,是国家网络文化软实力建设的核心与灵魂。面对复杂多变的国内外形势和不断推进的互联网革命,网络空间主流意识形态正面临话语主体多元、话语内容碎片、话语载体滞后、话语环境复杂等现实问题,从而导致话语权不断流失、陷入难以建构和认同的话语困境。基于此,以现实问题为导向,厘清网络空间意识形态话语表达与建构的原则与目标,寻求适应新时代的网络空间意识形态话语表达与建构的实践路径,是守护好我国人民的网络精神家园、不断推进网络强国建设的迫切需要。
The discourse expression and construction of the network ideology is related to the security of the network ideology and it is the core and soul of the construction of national cyber culture soft power.Faced with the complex and ever-changing domestic and international situation and the continuous advancement of the Internet revolution,the network ideology is facing practical problems such as multiple discourse subjects,fragmented discourse content,lagging discourse carriers,and complex discourse environment,which have led to the continuous loss of the discourse power of the mainstream ideological in the cyberspace,and the discourse dilemma that is difficult to construct and identify.Guided by practical issues,we should clarify the principles and goals of the discourse expression and construction of the network ideology,seek practical ways to adapt to the discourse expression and construction of the network ideology in the new era.These are urgent needs to protect the spiritual homeland of the people in our country and continuously promote the construction of the network power.
