摘要
有轨电车具有安全、快捷、成本低等优点,但会占用一定的道路资源,对现状道路横断面布置以及交叉口交通组织带来一定影响。结合亦庄新城现代有轨电车T1线工程,分析有轨电车与城市道路系统之间合理的路权分配模式;通过交通量预测,确定道路交通需求,并结合铺设有轨电车后对现状道路的影响,在满足道路交通需求、减少工程量、减少现状树木伐移的前提下,确定道路横断面合理的调整方式;根据相交路道路等级、交通流量大小,对铺设有轨电车后城市道路交通系统在交叉口处的交通组织进行分析,探究有轨电车系统、机动车系统、慢行系统三者之间合理、高效的交叉口交通组织形式,针对不同情况,采取共享相位、绝对优先控制或相对优先控制等策略;结合岛式、侧式车站设置不同的行人二次过街等候设施,并通过施划交通标线明确非机动车道路权,确保慢行系统的安全、有序。最后总结了亦庄新城现代有轨电车T1线在横断面布置、交叉口交通组织、慢行系统交通等方面的设计经验。
Tram has the advantages of safety,high speed and low cost,but it will occupy certain road resources and bring certain influence on the current road cross-sectional layout and traffic organization at intersections.Combined with the Yizhuang New Town Modern Tram T1 Ling Project,the reasonable distribution mode of the right of way between tram and urban road system is analyzed.The traffic demand of road is determined through traffic volume prediction.And combined with the influence of tram after placed on the current roads,the reasonable adjustment mode of road cross-section is determined on the premise of satisfying the road traffic demand,reducing the engineering quantities and reducing the current tree cutting and removal.According to the intersected road grade and different traffic flows,the traffic organization of urban road traffic system at intersection after the tram is placed is analyzed.The reasonable and efficient intersection traffic organization form among the tram system,motor vehicle system and slow traffic system is explored.According to the different situations,the strategies of shared phase,absolute priority control or relative priority control are adopted.In combination with island type and side type stations,the different facilities for pedestrians to cross a street for the second time are set up,and the right of way of non-motorized lane is clarified through the traffic markings so as to ensure the safety and order of slow traffic system.Finally,the design experience of the Yizhuang New Town Modern Tram T1 Ling Project is summarized from the aspects of its cross-sectional arrangement,intersection traffic organization and slow traffic system.
