体验设计视角下红色文化数字旅游的用户需求调查研究 被引量:1

摘要 以上海红色旅游经典为例,从用户体验设计的视角进行问卷调查,了解红色旅游游客对数字旅游产品在功能层面的体验需求。从体验设计的视角,通过文献调查、案例分析,归纳数字旅游产品的特性,以及现有数字旅游产品的功能和特性。根据调查数据,构建了一个以用户需求为中心的红色文化数字旅游产品的功能构架-《红途》APP的功能框架。该框架将登录的用户分为:普通游客、个人用户和集体用户三类。根据不同的登录性质,推送不同的功能和活动。依次构建的体验功能框架可供红色文化相关数字产品设计者参考。 Taking Shanghai Red Tourism classics as an example,a questionnaire survey was conducted from the perspective of user experience design to understand the experience needs of red tourism tourists on the functional level of digital tourism products.From the perspective of experience design,through literature survey and case analysis,the characteristics of digital tourism products,as well as the functions and characteristics of existing digital tourism products were summarized.According to the survey data,a functional framework of red cultural digital tourism products,which is centered on user demand,is constructed,namely,the functional framework of Red Road app.The framework divides the users of landing into three categories:ordinary tourists,individual users and collective users.Push different functions and activities according to different landing properties.The experience function framework constructed in turn can be used as a reference for designers of digital products related to red culture.
