综采工作面端头顶板大面积悬顶致灾机理及控制技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对综采工作面端头顶板易出现较大面积的悬顶致灾的问题,经现场实践结合理论分析,指出了综采工作面端头大面积悬顶致灾的机理,并基于致灾机理,提出了通过实时监测,预报端头顶板压力;提升端头支架实际支护效果;进行端头大面积悬顶现象以及退锚技术的风险预控与科学管理等措施来有效控制端头顶板的控制措施,通过应用这些措施能有效提高综采工作面端头顶板的稳定性,更好的保障安全生产。 In view of the problem that the roof of fully mechanized coal mining face is prone to disaster caused by large-area overhanging roof,this paper points out the mechanism of disaster caused by large-area overhanging roof at the end of fully mechanized coal mining face through field practice and theoretical analysis.Based on the disaster-causing mechanism,some measures are put forward to effectively control the top plate of the end,such as monitoring and forecasting the pressure of the top plate of the end in real time,improving the actual supporting effect of the end bracket,carrying out the phenomenon of hanging the top of the end in a large area,and risk pre-control and scientific management of the anchor withdrawal technology.The application of these measures can effectively improve the stability of the top plate at the end of fully mechanized coal mining face and better guarantee the safety in production.
