摘要
长安联盟作为陕西省最具代表性的区域高校联盟之一,自成立至今,在联合培养、协同创新、师资互聘、资源开放等方面进行了大胆尝试,取得了一定的成绩,但同时也面临诸多挑战。通过对长安联盟的组织结构以及具体合作内容进行梳理和研究,发现其在实际运行中存在组织结构过于松散、合作深度广度有待加强、成员高校动力不足、政策资金支持欠缺等问题。鉴于此,从挖掘联盟发展深度、拓宽联盟合作广度、提升联盟运行信度和增强联盟建设效度四个方面,为区域高校联盟的正向发展提供思路,以期达到促进教育资源共享、加速学科交叉融合、深化科研交流合作、创新人才培养模式以及提升高校社会地位的目的。
Chang an Alliance is one of the most representative regional university alliances in Shaanxi Province.It has made bold attempts in joint teaching,collaborative innovation,mutual recruitment of teachers,and resource sharing since its establishment,and has made certain achievements,but it also faces many challenges.Through combing and studying the organizational structure and specific cooperation content of Chang an Alliance,it is found that the organizational structure is too loose,the depth and breadth of cooperation needs to be strengthened,the motivation of members is insufficient,and the support of policy funds is insufficient.This paper provides ideas for the positive development of regional university alliance from four aspects,excavating the depth of alliance development,broadening the breadth of alliance cooperation,improving the reliability of alliance operation and enhancing the validity of alliance construction,in order to promote the sharing of educational resources,accelerate the cross-disciplinary integration,deepen scientific research cooperation,innovate the training model of talents,and improve the social status of universities.
