铬水平和类型对肉鸡生长性能、血液生化及屠宰性能的影响 被引量:2

Effects of chromium levels and types on growth performance,blood biochemistry and slaughter traits of broilers

摘要 文章旨在研究日粮铬水平和类型对肉鸡血液生化、生长及屠宰性能的影响。试验选择初始体重一致的商品肉仔鸡900只,随机分为5组,每组180只(30只/重复)。对照组和处理组分别饲喂铬添加水平为0、0.15和0.30 mg/kg的日粮(分别以蛋氨酸铬和酵母铬形式),试验分为1~21 d和22~42 d两个阶段。结果:T1、T2和T4组肉鸡的末重及生长后期平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),T1和T4组1~42 d肉鸡的饲料报酬显著高于对照组和T3组(P<0.05)。对照组肉鸡血清甘油三酯和丙二醛浓度显著高于处理组(P<0.05),T1组血清胆固醇浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白、总蛋白、葡萄糖浓度显著提高(P<0.05)。日粮添加不同类型或水平的铬均显著提高了血清总抗氧化力活性(P<0.05)。处理组肉鸡腹脂重量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),T1和T2组肉鸡胸腺重量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在本研究条件下,1~42 d肉鸡日粮中铬的适宜添加水平是以蛋氨酸铬的形式添加0.15 mg/kg。 The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels and types of chromium supplementation on growth performance,blood biochemical and slaughter performance of broilers.A total of 900 commercial broilers with the same initial body weight were randomly divided into 5 groups with 6 replicates per group and 30 broilers per replicate.Piglets in control group were fed the basal diet(without chromium),piglets in T1 and T2 groups were fed the basal diet+0.15 and 0.30 mg/kg chromium(chromium methionine form),and piglets in T3 and T3 groups were fed the basal diet+0.15 and 0.30 mg/kg chromium(chromium yeast form).The experiment was divided into two stages:1~21 d and 22~42 d.Results:The body weight of broilers in groups T1,T2 and T4 at 42 d and the average daily gain from 22 to 42 d were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the feed return of broilers in groups T1 and T4 at 1~42 d was significantly higher than that in control group and T3 group(P<0.05).The serum concentrations of triglyceride and malondialdehyde in control group were significantly higher than those in treatment group(P<0.05),the serum cholesterol concentration in T1 group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),while the concentrations of highdensity lipoprotein,total protein and glucose were significantly increased(P<0.05).Dietary chromium supplementation significantly increased serum total antioxidant activity(TAOC)(P<0.05).Abdominal fat weight of broilers in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and thymus weight of broilers in T1 and T2 groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Under the condition of this study,0.15 mg/kg chromium methionine is the optimal supplemental level of chromium in the diet of broilers from 1 to 42 days.
