摘要
目的探讨半导体激光及超声两种不同处理方式在根管消毒中的应用效果,为半导体激光在根管治疗中的应用提供更多依据。方法选择2018年1月-2019年11月在天津市宝坻区人民医院就诊需进行根管治疗的102例(102颗牙)慢性根尖周炎患者作为研究对象,分为超声组和半导体激光组各51例。超声组采用超声处理;半导体激光组采用半导体激光处理,对比两组的消毒效果。结果半导体激光组诊间急症发生率低干超声组(15.69%vs.1.96%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后6个月半导体激光组治疗成功率和治疗总有效率均高于超声组(74.51%vs.54.90%;92.16%vs.88.24%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年半导体激光组治疗成功率和治疗总有效率均高干超声组(84.31%vs.64.71%,96.08%vs.84.31%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与超声处理相比,半导体激光可显著提高根管消毒效果,同时还可显著降低诊间急症发生率,值得临床借鉴推广。
Objective To investigate the application effects of semiconductor laser and ultrasound in root canal disinfection,and to provide more basis for the application of semiconductor laser in root canal therapy.Methods A total of 102 patients(102 teeth)with chronic periapical periodontitis who needed root canal treatment in Baodi District People's Hospital of Tianjin from January 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into ultrasound group and semiconductor laser group,with 51 cases in each group.The ultrasound group was treated with ultrasound,and the semiconductor laser group was treated with semiconductor laser.The disinfection effects of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of emergency in semiconductor laser group was significantly lower than that in ultrasound group(1.96%vs.15.69%)(P<0.05).At six months after treatment,the success rate and total effective rate of semiconductor laser group were significantly higher than those of ultrasound group(74.51%vs.54.90%,92.16%vs.88.24%)(P<0.05).One year after treatment,the success rate and total effective rate of semiconductor laser group were significantly higher than those of ultrasound group(84.31%vs.64.71%,96.08%vs.84.31%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with ultrasonic treatment,semiconductor laser can significantly improve the effect of root canal disinfection and significantly reduce the incidence of emergency in clinic,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
