摘要
目的探索以微课为载体的互联网教学模式引入中西医结合护理技术培训教学中的应用,比较基于微课为载体的互联网教学模式与传统教学方式的教学效果。方法选取广州中医药大学2016级八九年制中医专业学生和2017级八九年制中医专业学生,将其分成试验组和对照组,试验组采用微课教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,比较分析两组学生临床实践考试成绩,并调查试验组学生对微课教学模式的满意度,评价此教学模式在中西医结合护理操作技术学的效果。结果试验组操作考核成绩和总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组对微课教学模式满意度均在90%以上。结论微课为载体的互联网教学模式有利于学生对课程知识的学习和临床操作技能的掌握,有利于促进学生自主学习,激发学生的学习兴趣。
Objective To explore the application of the Internet-based teaching model based on micro-classes in the integrated nursing teaching of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,and to compare the teaching effect of the Internet-based teaching model based on micro-classes and traditional teaching methods.Methods The 2016-grade Chinese medicine students of Grade 8 and 1989 and the 2017-grade Chinese medicine students of Grade 2017 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted micro-teaching teaching mode and the control group adopted traditional teaching mode Compare and analyze the clinical practice test scores of the two groups of students,and investigate the satisfaction of the experimental group students with the micro-teaching teaching mode,and evaluate the effect of this teaching mode on the nursing operation technology of integrated Chinese and Western medicine.Results The operation assessment score and total score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group's satisfaction with the micro-teaching model is above 90%.Conclusion The Internet-based teaching model with micro-classes as a carrier is conducive to students'learning of course knowledge and clinical operation skills,and is conducive to promoting students'self-directed learning and stimulating students'interest in learning.
