生物反馈电刺激与盆底肌训练治疗盆底功能障碍的效果 被引量:4

Treatment Effect of Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation and Pelvic Floor Muscle Training on Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

摘要 目的观察初产妇产后盆底功能障碍性疾病应用盆底肌训练与生物反馈电刺激联合疗法的治疗效果。方法选取2018年9月—2019年9月260例盆底功能障碍初产妇患者,按照入院顺序编号,单号编码纳入观察组,双号编码纳入对照组,两组各有130例。对照组采用盆底肌功能性凯格尔训练方式治疗;观察组在此基础上加用电刺激生物反馈疗法。对比两组临床疗效、盆底肌力改善情况及治疗前后尿失禁情况,观察两组产后6个月盆底器官脱垂情况。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率为94.62%,明显高于对照组的73.08%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组盆底肌力较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇的SUI分度及产后6个月POP-Q分度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初产妇产后盆底功能障碍性疾病应用盆底肌训练与生物反馈电刺激联合治疗能有效改善患者盆底肌力、尿失禁及盆底器官脱垂,有助于恢复盆底肌功能。 Objective To observe the treatment effect of applying pelvic floor muscle training and biofeedback electrical stimulation combined treatment into postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction of primiparas after delivery.Methods 260 primiparas with pelvic floor dysfunction from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected and divided by admission sequence number,patients in single-number coding were included in the observation group,and patients in double-number coding were included in the comparison group with 130 cases in each group.The comparison group was treated with functional Kegel training of pelvic floor muscle,while the observation group was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation treatment on the basis of the comparison group.The clinical effect,improvement of pelvic floor muscle strength and urinary incontinence before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and pelvic floor organ prolapse of the two groups was observed in 6 months after delivery.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.62%,significantly higher than 73.08%of the comparison group,with significant difference(P<0.05);the pelvic floor muscle strength of the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.05),and the observation group was better than the comparison group,with significant difference(P<0.05);and the stress urinary incontinence(SUI)score and pelvic organ prolapse quantitation(POP-Q)score of the observation group were better than the comparison group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor muscle training and biofeedback electrical stimulation combined treatment into postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction of primiparas after delivery can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle strength,urinary incontinence and pelvic floor organ prolapse of patients,and is conducive to recovery of pelvic floor muscle function.
