摘要
目的分析高频电刀切除联合光动力疗法对外生殖器巨大尖锐湿疣患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、促血管生成素-2(Ang-2)表达量的影响。方法选取2017年9月至2019年12月武汉市中西医结合医院诊治的60例外生殖器巨大尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象。按照治疗方法的不同分为高频电刀切除组和联合治疗组,各30例。高频电刀切除组给予高频电刀切除术进行治疗,联合治疗组在高频电刀切除组的基础上待创面渗液减少后即行光动力疗法进行治疗。检测两组VEGF、Ang-2水平,统计尖锐湿疣完全清除时间、创面愈合时间、再次复发时间、临床疗效总有效率、复发率。结果治疗后,联合治疗组VEGF表达量、Ang-2表达量、尖锐湿疣完全清除时间、创面愈合时间低于治疗后高频电刀切除组,再次复发时间长于治疗后高频电刀切除组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组临床疗效总有效率高于高频电刀切除组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频电刀切除联合光动力疗法对外生殖器巨大尖锐湿疣的治疗效果较好,可有效改善患者的VEGF、Ang-2表达量。
Objective To analyze the effect of high frequency electrosurgical resection combined with photodynamic therapy on the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and anginogenin-2(ANG-2) in patients with large genital condyloma acuminatum. Methods From September 2017 to December 2019, 60 patients with large genital condyloma acuminatum treated in Wuhan Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine were selected as the research objects. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups: high frequency electrosurgical resection group and combined treatment group, 30 cases in each group. The high frequency electrosurgical resection group was treated with high frequency electrosurgical resection, while the combined treatment group was treated with photodynamic therapy after the reduction of wound exudation on the basis of the high frequency electrosurgical resection group. VEGF and Ang-2 were detected in the two groups, and the complete removal time, wound healing time, relapse time, total clinical efficacy rate and recurrence rate were counted. Results After treatment, the expression levels of VEGF, Ang-2, complete removal time and wound healing time of in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the high frequency electrosurgical resection group, and the recurrence time was longer than that in the high frequency electrosurgical resection group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the high-frequency electrosurgical group(P<0.05). Conclusions High frequency electrosurgical resection combined with photodynamic therapy has a good therapeutic effect on large genital condyloma acuminatum, which can effectively improve the expression levels of VEGF and ANG-2 in patients.
