摘要
对高温过热器腐蚀失效管道进行外观形貌检查、垢样分析,采用扫描电镜观察及能谱(EDS)分析等方法,对生物质锅炉高温过热器管内外表面腐蚀机理进行研究,分析总结高温过热器腐蚀失效原因,采取有针对性的措施,以保证生物质锅炉安全连续运行,提高生物质锅炉有效利用小时数,延长生物质锅炉高温过热器运行寿命。
Based on the macro check,sample analysis,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum(EDS)analysis method,the corrosion mechanism of biomass boiler high temperature superheater pipe internal and external surface is studied,and the high temperature superheater corrosion failure reasons are analyzed.Specific measures are taken to ensure the safe and continuous operation of the biomass boiler,to increase the number of hours of effective utilization of the biomass boiler,and to extend the life of the high temperature superheater of the biomass boiler.
