摘要
铁路信号产品进入欧盟成员国市场前,需要根据欧盟指令开展铁路互联互通技术规范(technical specification for interoperability,TSI)符合性认证。文章通过对欧盟铁路标准体系架构和认证框架进行说明,梳理了适用于铁路信号系统的认证范围、认证模块及组合,并对信号系统的TSI符合性认证流程进行分析,提出相应的认证工作思路。
For railway signal products entering into the market of EU member states,conformity certification of technical specification for interoperability(TSI)shall be carried out according to EU directives.In this paper,system architecture and certification framework of the EU railway standard are introduced,the certification scope,the certification module and combination applicable to railway signal system are summarized.Finally,TSI compliance certification process of a signal system is analyzed,and the corresponding certification ideas are put forward.
