摘要
中山大学护理学院护理管理学研究生课程入选2018年度医药学研究生10门精品课程之一。该文从课程目标、教学理念、教学团队、学情分析、教学内容方面介绍了课程构建的依据和设计;突出了课程教学特点,如大力推进课程思政、灵活应用教学方法、精心设置管理情境、充分利用技术手段;根据学生教学评价结果,提出强化学习效果、细化形成性评价、优化学习模式的改进策略。
The postgraduate course of Nursing Management in School of Nursing,Sun Yat-sen University was selected as one of the 10 excellent courses for medical and pharmaceutical postgraduates in 2018.This paper introduced the basis and design of curriculum construction from the aspects of curriculum objectives,teaching philosophy,teaching team,learning situation analysis and teaching contents.It highlighted the characteristics of the course teaching,such as vigorously promoting course ideological and political education,flexibly applying teaching methods,elaborately setting up the management situation,and making full use of technical means.According to the results of students’teaching evaluation,this paper put forward the improvement strategies of strengthening learning effects,refining formative evaluation and optimizing learning mode.
