摘要
现阶段绿色发展已经成为我国国家发展战略,绿色工业建筑更是绿色建筑中的重要组成部分,自2013年《绿色工业建筑评价标准》发布以来,我国绿色工业建筑项目呈现稳步增长趋势,每年都有大量的绿色工业建筑在各地,特别是各地的工业园区内兴建。因此,绿色工业建筑设计的理论和实践工作也越来越受到人们的关注。该文以某标准化的通用冷加工车间工业厂房为例,对绿色建筑设计中两种策略进行比较,结合了绿色工业建筑的设计特点,探析了被动式设计策略在绿色工业建筑的设计中的优势与应用要点。
At present,green development has become a national development strategy,green building has become an inevitable trend of industry development.Green industrial building is an important part of green building.Since the issue of green industrial building evaluation standard in 2013,China’s green industrial building projects show a steady growth trend.Every year,a large number of green industrial buildings are built in various places,especially in industrial parks.Therefore,the theory and practice of green industrial building design are more and more concerned by people.Taking a standardized general cold processing workshop as an example,we compare two strategies in green building design.Combined with the design characteristics of green industrial buildings,we analyze the advantages and application methods of passive design strategy in the design of green industrial buildings.
