摘要
从毕业生就业去向、专业相关度、就业满意度以及用人单位满意度等多维度展开对宁夏医科大学公共事业管理专业2017—2019届毕业生就业现状与质量调查,反馈分析毕业生就业状况以及就业单位用人意见,并提出切实可行的解决办法,为医科院校公共事业管理人才培养与就业指导工作提供参考依据,促进公共事业管理人才就业质量的提高和就业困境的改善。
A survey on the employment status and quality of the 2017-2019 graduates of Ningxia Medical University's public service management major from multiple dimensions such as employment destination,professional relevance,employment satisfaction and employer satisfaction,and feedback analysis of the employment situation and the employment opinions of employment units of graduates,and put forward practical solutions,provide a reference for the training and employment guidance of public utilities management personnel in medical colleges,and promote the improvement of the employment quality of public utilities management personnel and the improvement of employment difficulties.
