摘要
医院良好经营一方面与管理科学度有关,另一方面也与院内思想引领及价值观有关。党建组织通过从统筹协调力、工作执行力、思想引领力及政治领导力四方面为医院提供前行动力,但从当前来看上述工作落实程度尚处不足阶段,未能将党委工作职能全面发挥。历年来,党中央及国务院均高度重视公立医院党委组织的建设工作,特别是在新时代卫生与健康方针的指引下,国家对各级公立医院均提出了党建与业务工作相融合的要求,旨在创设为社会服务,为人民服务,让患者放心,人民满意的医疗机构。该文特针对新时代三级康复专科医院党建与业务工作融合路径展开综述。
On the one hand,the good operation of a hospital is related to the scientific degree of management,and on the other hand,it is also related to the guidance and values of the hospital.The party building organization provides the hospital with forward action from four aspects:overall coordination,work execution,ideological leadership,and political leadership.However,from the current point of view,the implementation of the above-mentioned work is still in an insufficient stage and the party committee’s work functions have not been fully implemented.Over the years,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the construction of the party committee of public hospitals.In particular,under the guidance of the new era health and health policy,the state has put forward the requirements for the integration of party building and business work in public hospitals at all levels.In the creation of a social service,serving the people,let patients rest assured,and the people are satisfied with the medical institutions.In this regard,this article focuses on the integration path of party building and business work in the lower tertiary rehabilitation specialist hospitals in the new era.
