摘要
目的:研究三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)的病理特征及其与患者预后的关系。方法:回顾性选择某院2015年1月~2017年12月收治的100例TNBC患者纳为TNBC组,另选择同期收治的100例非TNBC患者纳为非TNBC组,对比两组患者的肿瘤病理特征(包括肿瘤大小、TNM分期、病理类型、淋巴结转移、远处转移、局部复发);同时,TNBC组患者行3年的随访观察,对比生存组和死亡组患者的病理特征。结果:TNBC组发生淋巴结转移者比例、远处转移者比例、局部复发者比例均高于非TNBC组(P<0.05);TNBC死亡组远处转移者、局部复发者比例均高于存活组(P<0.05)。结论:TNBC患者肿瘤病理特征呈现出淋巴结转移率高、远处转移率高、局部复发率高的显著特点,且患者肿瘤远处转移率、局部复发率与患者预后密切相关。
Objective:To study the pathologic features of triple negative breast cancer(TNBC)and its relationship with prognosis.Methods:100 cases of TNBC patients admitted to a hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were retrospectively selected as the TNBC group,and 100 cases of non-TNBC patients admitted to a hospital during the same period were selected as the non-TNBC group,then the tumor pathological characteristics of the two groups of patients were compared(including tumor size,TNM stage,pathological type,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis,and local recurrence).At the same time,patients in the TNBC group were followed up for 3 years to compare the pathological characteristics of the survival group and the death group.Results:The proportions of lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and local recurrence in TNBC group were higher than those in non-TNBC group(P<0.05).The proportions of distant metastasis and local recurrence in TNBC death group were higher than those in survival group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The tumor pathological characteristics of TNBC patients show significant characteristics of high lymph node metastasis rate,high distant metastasis rate and high local recurrence rate,and the distant metastasis rate and local recurrence rate of the patients are closely related to the prognosis of the patients.
