摘要
目的观察冠心病患者(心绞痛型)接受曲美他嗪+阿托伐他汀的药物联合治疗效果。方法选择该院2018年5月—2020年5月收治的100例冠心病患者(心绞痛型)接受相关治疗,将患者随机分为对照组与研究组,各50例,分别行曲美他嗪药物方案与曲美他嗪+阿托伐他汀药物方案,比较两组接受治疗后的安全性、心电图情况、心绞痛发作、治疗效果。结果两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组心电图情况中ST段波恢复正常、ST段波恢复0.1~0.5 mV、ST段波恢复<0.1 mV均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后对照组与研究组发作时间、发作频次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率42例(84.00%),研究组有效率49例(98.00%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者(心绞痛型)接受曲美他嗪+阿托伐他汀药物治疗方案,能够显著改善患者的心肌功能,减少心绞痛发作次数,安全性高,是治疗曲美他嗪+阿托伐他汀的药效药物。
Objective To observe the effect of combined treatment of trimetazidine+atorvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease(angina pectoris).Methods Selected 100 patients with coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)admitted to this hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 to receive relevant treatment,and randomly divide the patients into a control group and a study group,with 50 cases in each group,and they will be treated with trimetazidine drug regimen.Compared with trimetazidine+atorvastatin drug regimen,the safety,electrocardiogram,angina pectoris,and therapeutic effect of the two groups after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05);in the study group’s electrocardiogram,the ST-band wave returned to normal,the ST-band wave recovered 0.1-0.5 mV,and the ST-band wave recovery<0.1 mV were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in attack time and frequency between the control group and the study group(P<0.05);the control group had an effective rate of 42 cases(84.00%).The effective rate of the study group was 49 cases(98.00%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with coronary heart disease(angina pectoris)receiving trimetazidine+atorvastatin drug treatment can significantly improve the patient’s myocardial function,reduce the number of angina pectoris,and had high safety.It is a medicinal drug for treatment for trimetazidine+atorvastatin.
