摘要
目的探讨十全大补汤加减联合硝酸甘油治疗急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭的临床效果。方法本研究选择2019年1月—2020年6月收治的100例急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者为观察对象,随机分为对照组(50例,常规对症找资料)和试验组(50例,十全大补汤加减联合硝酸甘油治疗),对比2组治疗效果。结果试验组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的86.00%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后SV和LVEF检查结果明显高于对照组,而其LVDD检查结果则明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者接受十全大补汤加减联合硝酸甘油治疗,效果显著,有助于患者心功能改善,推广应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of heart failure after acute myocardial infarction.Methods In this study,100 patients with heart failure after acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group(50 cases,conventional symptomatic information seeking)and experimental group(50 cases,Shiquan Dabu decoction and nitroglycerin treatment).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,SV and LVEF of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,while the LVDD test results of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shiquan Dabu decoction combined with nitroglycerin in the treatment of heart failure after acute myocardial infarction has significant effect,which is helpful to improve the heart function of patients,and has high application value.
