摘要
目的:探讨无托槽隐形矫治对错牙合畸形患者牙龈沟出血指数及菌斑指数的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年10月笔者医院收治的64例错牙合畸形患者,应用随机数字表法将其分为两组,对照组应用固定矫治治疗,研究组应用无托槽隐形矫治。观察分析两组患者GI指数、SBI指数、SPD指数、PLI指数、治疗有效率、治疗完成时间和矫治满意度以及倾斜牙扶正时间与转位牙扭正时间情况。结果:研究组GI、SBI、SPD以及PLI指数均明显优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗时间明显短于对照组,研究组矫治满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组倾斜牙扶正时间与转位牙扭正时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:错牙合畸形患者在正畸治疗中应用无托槽隐形矫治疗效显著,可改善牙龈沟出血指数及菌斑指数,缩短倾斜牙扶正时间与转位牙扭正时间,还可以提高其矫治满意度,不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of bracketless invisible treatment on gingival crevicular bleeding index and plaque index in patients with malocclusion.Methods 64 patients with malocclusion in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with fixed orthodontic treatment,and the study group was treated with invisible orthodontic treatment without brackets.The GI index,SBI index,SPD index,PLI index,treatment efficiency,treatment completion time and orthodontic satisfaction,as well as the time of inclined teeth righting and the time of transposition teeth torsion were observed and analyzed.Results GI,SBI,SPD and PLI index of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05),the effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The adverse reactions of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the treatment time of the study group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the treatment satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the righting time of inclined teeth and the transposition teeth in the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P The torsion time of the control group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the orthodontic treatment of patients with malocclusion,the application of non-socket invisible orthodontic treatment has a significant effect,which can improve the gingival sulcus bleeding index and plaque index,shorten the orthodontic straightening time of tilted teeth and the orthodontic orthodontic time,and also improve the satisfaction of orthodontic treatment,with fewer adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of extensive promotion.
