摘要
目的探讨耳垂下超声刀功能性切除术对腮腺良性肿瘤患者面神经功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年1月—2020年5月新余市人民医院收治的腮腺良性肿瘤患者103例,根据手术方法不同分为2组,将行传统腮腺肿瘤切除术的患者55例纳入对照组,行耳垂下超声刀功能性切除术的患者48例纳入观察组。比较2组手术指标、面部神经功能及并发症情况。结果观察组出血量少于对照组,手术时间、切口长度短于对照组,面神经功能恢复情况优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腮腺良性肿瘤患者采用耳垂下超声刀功能性切除术治疗效果较好,利于改善面部神经功能,降低并发症,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of functional resection of the earlobe with ultrasound knife on facial nerve function in patients with benign parotid gland tumor.Methods 103 patients with benign parotid gland tumor admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into 2 groups by different surgical methods.55 patients who received traditional parotid gland tumor resection were included in the control group,and 48 patients who received functional resection of the earlobe with ultrasound knife were included in the observation group.The surgical indexes,facial nerve function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time and incision length were shorter than that in the control group,the recovery of facial nerve function was better than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional resection of the earlobe with ultrasound knife in patients with benign parotid gland tumor has good therapeutic effect,which is beneficial to improve facial nerve function and reduce complications,and is worthy of promotion and application.
