摘要
新中国成立以来,党和国家就将消除贫困、改善民生、实现共同富裕视作历史使命和本质要求。经过不懈努力,中国共产党带领中国人民如期达成消除绝对贫困的历史性成就,在中华大地上全面建成了小康社会,积累了丰富的反贫困经验。因此,对我国农村反贫困进行制度回顾、矛盾反思与实践创新,有助于构建中国特色反贫困理论体系,从而为"后扶贫时代"开展相对贫困治理提供科学指导,为开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程奠定坚实基础。
Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the party and the state have regarded eliminating poverty,improving people’s livelihood, and achieving common prosperity as their historical mission and essential requirements. Through unremitting efforts, the Chinese Communist Party has led the Chinese people to achieve the historic achievement of eradicating absolute poverty on schedule, building a well-off society in an all-round way on the land of China, and accumulating rich antipoverty experience. Therefore, a review of the system, reflections on contradictions and practical innovations of anti-poverty in China’s rural areas will help build an anti-poverty theoretical system with Chinese characteristics, thereby providing scientific guidance for the development of relative poverty governance in the "post-poverty era" and laying a firm foundation for starting a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.
