摘要
针对新疆油田A作业区超稠油吞吐开发原油密度大、黏度高、采出液温度高、携汽量大的特性,采用蒸汽喷淋塔、循环泵、油水分离器、空冷器的设备组合来达到高效全密闭油汽(气)分离,从而形成了超稠油蒸汽喷淋循环冷却工艺技术。该工艺充分利用冷却水对废水进行循环冷却,收集并净化高温废汽,回收不凝气和轻质油,实现了废汽的低成本高效率回收,解决了常规分离器在介质黏度较大时造成的油气分离效果不佳的的问题,年创效益760万元。
According to the characteristics of high density,high viscosity,high temperature of pro-duced liquid and large steam carrying capacity in super heavy oil steam huff and puff development of op-eration area A of Xinjiang oilfield,equipment combination of the steam spray tower,circulating pump,oil-water separator,air cooler are used to achieve high efficiency airtight oil-steam(gas)separa-tion,thus the super heavy oil steam spray circulation cooling technology is formed.This technology makes full use of the cooling water circulation to cool exhaust steam,then collects and purifies the high temperature exhaust steam,recovers the non-condensable gas and light oil,realizes the low-cost and high-efficiency recycling of waste steam.The problem of poor oil and gas separation effect of conven-tional separator under high viscosity medium condition is solved,which can generate an annual benefit of 7.6 million yuan.
