摘要
目的分析品管圈在脑卒中康复护理健康教育中的作用。方法选择我院2019年1月至2020年1月脑卒中患者共70例,数字表随机分两组,每组35例,对照组的患者给予常规护理干预,观察组在该基础上增加品管圈健康教育。比较两组住院时间、护理前后患者疾病知识认知评分、遵医接受康复锻炼的依从性、FMA运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力ADL评分、总有效率。结果观察组住院时间短于对照组,护理后患者疾病知识认知评分、遵医接受康复锻炼的依从性、FMA运动功能评分、日常生活活动能力ADL评分以及总有效率均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论品管圈在脑卒中康复护理健康教育中的作用确切,可提高患者的认知水平和依从性,并提高患者日常生活活动能力和运动功能。
Objective To analyze the role of quality control circle in rehabilitation nursing health education of stroke.Methods Seventy patients with stroke in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while those in the observation group were given health education in quality control circle on the basis of this.The hospitalization time,cognitive scores of disease knowledge,compliance with rehabilitation exercise,FMA motor function score,ADL score of activities of daily living and total effective rate of patients before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The hospital stay of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group.After nursing,the patients'cognitive score of disease knowledge,compliance with rehabilitation exercise,FMA motor function score and ADL score of activities of daily living and the total effective rate were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The role of quality control circle in rehabilitation nursing health education for stroke patients is accurate,which can improve patients'cognitive level and compliance,and improve patients'activities of daily living and motor function.
