摘要
安全完整性等级(SIL)的验证过程关系到安全生命周期中的各个阶段,详细阐述了SIL验证与安全仪表系统(SIS)的设计、仪表设备的采购、厂家的选择、SIL证书的要求、SIS系统软件组态、仪表维护维修等各个环节之间的关系,以及可能导致SIL验证不能通过的原因以及解决方案,了解SIL验证过程的各种制约因素、出现的问题及解决方案,指导SIS的设计、采购、施工等活动更加符合本质安全的要求,减少工程变更。
Verification process of safety integrity level(SIL)impacts all sections of safety life cycle.The relation among SIL verification and safety instrumented system(SIS)design,instrument procurement,vendor selection,SIL certificate requirements,SIS system software configuration,instrument maintenance etc.,the reason resulted in SIL verification failure and the solution are expounded in detail.All kinds of constraint factors,problem and solution during SIL verification are investigated,to instruct the activities of SIS design,procurement,construction to satisfy intrinsic safety requirement,and reduce engineering change.
