摘要
复发性口腔溃疡的主要病因为脾胃虚弱,郁热互结,上蒸口舌。该病初起病势急、病程短,若养护不慎,以致正气不足,痰湿瘀邪不得祛除,则每逢正气虚弱,邪热即循经上炎口舌。复发性口腔溃疡的治疗以扶正解郁散火为主,应以甘草泻心汤为主方加减。临床可选茵陈、竹茹清上焦郁火、化中焦痰湿;砂仁、黄柏开郁火、调阴阳;黄芪、白及培补正气、敛疮生肌。此外,应用大蓟炭、黄柏炭、荆芥炭、蚕蛹炭等炭药亦有收敛、止血、抗炎的功效。
The main causes of recurrent oral ulcer are weakness of the spleen and stomach, mutual stagnation of depression and heat, resulting in upper steaming of the mouth and tongue.The disease is acute at the beginning and has a short course of disease.If the health maintenance is careless, so that the healthy qi is insufficient and the pathogen of phlegm, dampness and blood stasis cannot be eliminated, the heat pathogen will inflame the mouth and tongue along the meridians whenever the healthy qi is weak.The treatment of recurrent oral ulcer should mainly use the method of Fuzheng Jieyu Sanhuo, and modefied Gancao Xiexin Decoction should be chosen.Clinically, Yinchen(Herba Artemisiae Scopariae) and Zhuru(Caulis Bambusae in Taenia) can be selected to clear the stagnant fire in the upper Jiao and resolve the phlegm and dampness in the middle Jiao;Sharen(Momum Villosum) and Huangbo(Cortex Phellodendri)can be selected to clear stagnant fire and regulate yin and Yang;Huangqi(Astragalus Membranaceus) and Baiji(Bletilla Striata)can be selected to cultivate healthy qi, astringe sores and generate muscle.In addition, the application of charcoal medicine such as charcoal Daji(Artichoke),charcoal Huangbo(Phellodendron Chinense),charcoal Jingjie(Schizonepeta Tenuifolia) and charcoal Canyong(silkworm pupa)also has the effects of convergence, hemostasis and anti-inflammatory.
