摘要
由于电网规划中信息数据较为复杂,现有智能决策平台实时性较差,对电力系统决策水平造成影响,提出基于业务协同的电网规划与智能决策平台。构建智能决策平台框架,对电网数据编辑变换与处理,并设定目标函数,为平台赋予多源数据接入、异构数据整合、服务构建、历史分析、负荷预测、变电站规划等功能,为电网智能决策提供支持。实验证明,所设计的基于业务协同的电网规划与智能决策平台在查询一个数据执行时间、查询接口的执行时间、数据更新时间、数据更新接口时间、界面测试时间、客户端响应时间操作上,响应时间比传统平台响应时间短,有效提升电网规划与智能决策平台工作效率与社会经济效益。
Due to the complexity of information and data in power grid planning,the existing intelligent decision-making platform has poor real-time performance,which affects the decision-making level of power system.Intelligent decision-making platform framework is constructed to transform and process the grid data,and an objective function is set.As a platform,it can complete multi-source data access,heterogeneous data integration,service construction,historical analysis,load forecasting,substation planning,and other functions,and can provide intelligent decision support for power grid.Experiments show that the design of the power grid planning based on business synergies and intelligent decision-making platform has advantages in data query execution time,the execution time of the query interface,data update,data update interface time,test time,client response time.It has shorter response time than conventional platform,effectively improves power grid planning and intelligent decision-making platform work efficiency and the economic and social benefits.
