摘要
“十三五”期间,汉字学研究在理论和方法上都取得长足进步,尤其是汉字职用研究得到重视和发展;在研究材料和研究视角上也更加多元化;汉字发展史和汉字学史也有新的拓展;特别是古文字学研究由冷门变热门,不仅得到中央领导的重视,召开了甲骨文发现120周年纪念座谈会,在学术研究方面,如出土文献整理、疑难字考释、数字化和智能化等领域也都取得了可喜的成果。“十四五”期间,汉字学研究在既有成果基础上,将在材料的普查、整合、著录方面形成国家级文化工程,更加注重理论方法体系性建设,特别是要深入开展汉字与汉语关系的动态研究,开展古文字考释成果的覆验研究,提炼出古文字考释方法并加以理论建构,还要将汉字文化价值的推广应用落到实处,“为推动中华文明发展和人类社会进步作出新的更大的贡献”。
During“the Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”,the study of Chinese characters had achieved great progress.Particularly,the research on the function of Chinese characters has got great attention and development.The research materials and perspectives have be more diversified.The exploration of the history of Chinese characters and their development has been further expanded.The study of Chinese Palaeography has started to heat up,changing its unpopular status at the beginning.The relevant study has received the attention of the central leadership of the government and a forum on the 120 th anniversary of the discovery of Oracle Bone Inscriptions was held in the Great Hall of the people.Moreover,it also achieved excellent results in such academic research fields as collation of unearthed documents,assessment and interpretation of difficult characters,digitization and intellectualization etc.During“the Fourteenth Five-Year Plan”,the study of Chinese characters will be grounded on the existing research findings and form national-level cultural projects in terms of general investigation,integration and description of materials.More attention will be attached to systematic construction of theories and methods.In-depth research,in particular,will be conducted to the dynamic study on the relationship of Chinese characters and the Chinese language.The interpretation achievement of ancient Chinese characters should be retested.Methods of explication of ancient Chinese characters and research on theoretical construction should be refined and strengthened.Promotion and application of the cultural value of Chinese characters must be implemented.A new and greater contribution should be made to promoting the development of Chinese civilization and the progress of human society.
