摘要
感应电动机低负载率时的低效率和低功率因数造成了电力资源的严重浪费,而永磁电机的宽负载范围、高效高功率因数特性,使得一些场合的感应电机永磁改造需求越来越迫切。文章以一台Y450-4630 kW感应电机为例,进行了改造方案的设计和对比,为同类产品的改造提供了参考依据。
The low efficiency and low power factor of induction motors at low load rate cause serious waste of power resources,and the characteristics of wide load range and high efficiency and high power factor of permanent magnet motors make the demand for permanent magnet transformation of induction motors on some occasions more and more urgent.In the article,taking a induction motor of Y450-4630 kW as an example,the design and comparison of a modification scheme are carried out,which provides a reference for the transformation of similar products.
