摘要
肺结节是直径≤3 cm的局灶性、类圆形、密度增高的实性或亚实性肺部阴影。低剂量螺旋CT的普及使得肺结节检出率逐年攀升,但目前临床缺乏行之有效的肺结节内科治疗手段,又因其病因多样性和潜在恶性,肺结节的防治成为一大难题。徐力教授对该病的中医治疗颇有经验,并创制模块化的肺结节专用中医处方,临床效果显著。现对徐力教授肺结节的中医治疗经验和模块化组方特点进行分析,以期促进同行交流,为临床治疗肺结节提供思路。
Pulmonary nodule is a solid or sub solid lung shadow less than or equal to 3 cm in diameter,which is characterized by focal,round and high density.The popularity of low-dose spiral CT makes the detection rate of pulmonary nodules increase year by year.There is no effective medical treatment for pulmonary nodules.The etiology of pulmonary nodules is diverse and complex,which has the potential to become malignant lesions.The prevention and treatment of pulmonary nodules is a difficult problem.Professor Xu Li is experienced in the treatment of pulmonary nodules with TCM.He created a modular combination of special TCM prescriptions for pulmonary nodules,with significant clinical effect.Professor Xu Li’s TCM treatment experience and modular formula characteristics of pulmonary nodules was analyzed,to promote peer communication and provide ideas for clinical treatment of pulmonary nodules.
