摘要
肠球菌是引起医院发生院内感染的主要病菌,患者在感染后通常会引起菌血症、尿路感染、心内膜炎等症状。与其他常见的革兰氏阳性菌相比,很多肠球菌具有耐药性和获得耐药性的能力,属于第二位常见的医院感染病原菌,也是引起菌血症重要原因。其中喹诺酮类抗菌药是临床中应用较为广泛的一类合成抗菌药。基本结构为1,4-二氢-4氧-3-喹啉羧酸,该药物抗菌谱广,抗菌能力强,生物利用率也相对较高,具有良好的组织渗透性,并且在患者长期应用后不良反应相对较少,因此使用面积较为广泛。但是随着此类药物在临床中的深入应用,致使肠球菌对喹诺酮类抗菌药的耐药性日益提升;正是基于这一原因,细菌耐药性也成为当前临床中高度重视的一项问题之一。虽然很多学者和专家正在着手解决,但是通过近十年来的临床应用来看,随着喹诺酮类药物的广泛使用,尤其临床中大量不合理抗生素滥用,导致很多多重耐药性肠球菌也在不断涌现,使耐药性问题愈发普遍。因此,该文试对喹诺酮类肠球菌耐药机制做进一步研究。
Enterococcus is the main pathogen that causes nosocomial infections in hospitals.After infection,patients usually cause bacteremia,urinary tract infection,endocarditis and other symptoms.Compared with other common gram-positive bacteria,many enterococci have drug resistance and the ability to acquire drug resistance.Enterococci are also the second most common nosocomial pathogens and cause bacteria.An important cause of hyperemia.Among them,quinolone antibacterial drugs are a kind of synthetic antibacterial drugs that are widely used in clinical practice.The basic structure is 1,4-dihydro-4oxo-3-quinoline carboxylic acid.The drug has a broad antibacterial spectrum,strong antibacterial ability,relatively high bioavailability,good tissue permeability,and long-term use in patients results in relatively few adverse reactions afterwards,so the use area is more extensive.However,with the in-depth application of such drugs in the clinic,the resistance of enterococci to quinolone antibacterials has increased;for this reason,bacterial resistance has become a current clinical issue that is highly valued.Although many scholars and experts are working to solve this problem,through the clinical application of the past ten years,with the widespread use of quinolones,especially the abuse of a large number of unreasonable antibiotics in the clinic,many multi-drug resistant enterococci are also emerging,making the problem of drug resistance more common.Therefore,this article attempts to further study the resistance mechanism of quinolone enterococci.
