摘要
目的:探究凉血解毒消斑汤治疗寻常型银屑病的临床应用效果。方法:随机选取64例寻常型银屑病患者为研究对象,使用随机数字表法均分成对照组和观察组。对照组使用常规药物治疗,观察组在其基础上使用凉血解毒消斑汤治疗,比较两组患者的治疗有效率以及在治疗前后的皮肤病生活质量指数(Dermatology Life Quality Index, DLQI)评分、瘙痒等级评分、相关血液指标、中医症状积分。结果:观察组患者的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前两组DLQI评分、瘙痒等级评分、相关血液指标、中医症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,两组患者以上指标均有明显改善,观察组改善程度优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:凉血解毒消斑汤治疗寻常型银屑病具有非常明显的临床价值,能够有效提升治疗有效率,改善生活质量指数以及相关血液指标,降低患者的瘙痒等级以及中医症状积分,可广泛推广应用。
Objective: To explore the clinical application effect of the Liangxue Jiedu Xiaoban decoction(凉血解毒消斑汤) in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: 64 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the observation group by using a random number table method. The control group was treated with conventional medicine, and the observation group was treated with the Liangxue Jiedu Xiaoban decoction more. Results: The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in DLQI score, pruritus grade score, related blood indicators, and TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05). After treatment, the above indicators in the two groups were significantly improved, and the improvement degree in the observation group was better(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Liangxue Jiedu Xiaoban decoction has obvious clinical value in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris, which can effectively improve the treatment efficiency of patients, improve the patient’s quality of life index and related blood indicators, and reduce the patient’s pruritus level and TCM symptom score, can be widely promoted and applied.
