摘要 围绕读者构建信息资源,开展信息服务是提升高校图书馆竞争力的关键,根据高校图书馆读者的层次和信息需求特点,将其细分为普通读者、重点读者和读者组群,不同类型的读者对信息资源的组织形式、编码程度、载体形式等方面有不同偏好,在信息服务方式的选择方面也存在差异。高校图书馆把细分后的读者纳入到信息资源建设和服务的进程中,以读者为中心,精确把握不同读者类型对信息资源和信息服务的诉求,开展个性化的信息服务,充分发挥信息资源效能。 Constructing information resources around readers and carrying out information services arethe key to improving the competitiveness of university libraries.According to the level and informationdemand characteristics of university library readers,they are divided into ordinary readers,key readersand reader groups.Different types of readers have different preferences for the organization form,codingdegree and carrier form of information resources,there are also differences in the choice of informationservice methods.University libraries bring the subdivided readers into the process of information resourceconstruction and service,take readers as the center,accurately grasp the demands of different types ofreaders on information resources and information services,carry out personalized information services,andgive full play to the efficiency of information resources.
