硅热还原炼镁中固体废渣的氨浸提钙 被引量:2

Ammonia leaching of calcium from the waste residue in magnesium smelting by silicothermic reduction

摘要 为处理硅热还原炼镁产生的大量含钙固体废弃物,提出了"氨浸提钙—碳化固钙"的工艺路线,可以实现镁渣的资源化利用.本文以NH4Cl溶液作浸出剂,考察了浸出温度、浸出时间、液固比、NH4Cl质量分数和镁渣粒度对渣中钙的浸出效果的影响.结果表明,反应温度越高,镁渣粒度越细,钙的浸出率越高.此外,增大液固比和提高NH4Cl质量分数,也会增强钙的浸出效果.在NH4Cl质量分数30%、浸出温度90℃、液固比10、浸出时间4 h的条件下,镁渣中钙的浸出率可达77.01%. In order to deal with a large amount of calcium-containing wastes produced in magnesium smelting by silicothermic reduction,this paper proposes a new process including ammonia extraction of calcium and carbonation fixation of calcium,which can realize the resource utilization of the residue.In this paper,the NH4Cl solution was used as a leaching agent.The effects of leaching temperature,leaching time,liquid-solid ratio,NH4Cl mass fraction and particle size on the leaching efficiency of calcium were investigated.The results show that the higher the reaction temperature and the finer the particle size were beneficial for extraction of calcium.In addition,increasing the liquid-solid ratio and NH4Cl mass fraction could enhance the leaching efficiency of calcium.The leaching efficiency of calcium from the magnesium residue could reach 77.01%,under these conditions including a NH4Cl mass fraction of 30%,leaching temperature of 90℃,liquid-solid ratio of 10 and leaching time of 4 h.
